  • Model best practice in Active Support, person-centred approaches and Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to service quality initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required by your Manager or the Executive, ensuring compliance with Knoxbrooke and NDIS Codes of Conduct.

About you:

  • Experience in disability services and supported employment (essential)
  • Demonstrated a minimum of 12 months’ experience leading and collaborating with multi-skilled teams (essential)
  • Diploma in Community Services or related field (preferred)

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a warm, person-directed approach
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, problem-solve proactively, and maintain confidentiality
  • Knoxbrooke requires a minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations or a valid medical exemption

Why join us:

  • $18,550 not for profit salary packaging available to maximise your take home pay
