About the Team
You will be joining our award winning team at our flagship store in Mount Isa, that love working together to help customers stay connected. We have a very relaxed but focused environment. This should not be mistaken for being a team that does not work hard. When we aren’t repairing devices we are continuously learning and improving our skills.
About The Role
As a Repair Technician you will be responsible for repairing phones, tablets, and laptops. You will be performing basic repairs, like screen, battery and chargeport replacements and diagnosing faults.
You will also be interacting with customers every day face to face and over the phone, so having a good communication skills is important.
