We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who brings a premium creative, strategic, and brand-loving approach to champion everything we do: wine, dine, stay, events, memberships, and magical guest experiences. This role will grow our visitors, elevate our brand, and drive sales revenue across all areas of Kinross. You’ll be the leader of our marketing, supporting each department with content, campaigns, smart strategy, and creativity that spark results.
You will:
- Build and execute a full annual marketing plan across all channels: social, paid media, eDMs, website, data, SEO, PR, onsite collateral and more.
- Develop strategic campaigns that deliver awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Lead the Marketing Executive, support cross-department teams, and work with external digital/creative agencies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality output.
Champion the Kinross brand:
- Protect and evolve the Kinross voice, tone, and visual standards.
- Bring consistency, quality and creativity to everything guests see.
Create and manage content:
- Oversee planning, filming, writing, posting and refining content across platforms.
- Build an engaging, wine-soaked content calendar that excites and converts.
Drive digital excellence:
- Manage Shopify listings, Wine Club communications and, and eDM campaigns.
- Report on analytics to consistently improve performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the CEO, Exec, and department managers to lift revenue across Cellar Door, Bistro, Events, Hotel and Wine Club.
You’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with digital experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and projects.
- Confidence working autonomously and communicating with non‑technical teams.
- Strong digital skills across social, ecommerce, CRM and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation capabilities.
- An organised, energetic, detail‑driven way of working.
- A love for wine – or at least the enthusiasm to learn!
