About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor in our Sydney office to join our collaborative, fast faced, high-performing, banking and finance team; as you:
- Work on interesting matters with great clients
- Draft loan documents
- Attend to mortgage settlements
- Conducting research and providing advice on a broad range of banking and finance law including transaction related advice
About You
You will have a passion for finance and commercial law, possess robust technical ability, exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in:
- Banking and finance disputes, including mortgage law, property law (with a heavy focus on equity
- With a meticulous attention to detail
- Robust time management and prioritisation skills, and have an
- Unparalleled client service ethic and a desire to expand their legal and commercial skills
