KingKira is expanding our maintenance workforce across Tier 1 mining operations in the Pilbara. We are seeking experienced HD Fitters who take pride in safe, high‑quality work and want to be part of a supportive, culturally safe team.

THE ROLE

• Carry out workshop and field maintenance on heavy mobile mining equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and complete component change‑outs
• Follow service schedules and work closely with maintenance planners and supervisors
• Maintain strong safety, efficiency, and quality standards
• FIFO from Perth on a 2:2 roster

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with breakdowns, fault finding, and component change‑outs
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter
• Dual qualified as Mech Fitter highly desirable
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate – Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
• Valid Australian Manual C Class Licence, HR Licence highly desirable
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work practices
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this position
