About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the key link between our clients and our operations team.
In this role, you will ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and effortless service by processing orders, managing quotes, and resolving issues from start to finish.
Your core purpose is to minimise friction between clients and production, ensuring every interaction with our business is smooth, responsive, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and process customer quotes
- Manage and resolve customer issues (including delivery inquiries, order errors, and product queries)
- Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries
- Create, update, and close cases in CRM systems
- Record all customer interactions in CRM in real time
- Generate order confirmations and case acknowledgements
- Participate in daily short WIP (work-in-progress) meetings
- Escalate complex product or solution requests to Sales Executives
- Take full ownership of quality issues assigned from Sales
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using CRM systems (preferred)
- Intermediate experience with CRM systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Australian work authorisation required at time of application

- Case cycle time (speed and efficiency of resolution)
- Accuracy and error-free processing
- Timely and complete CRM documentation
- Effective issue resolution and ownership
- Strong collaboration with internal teams
Working Relationships
You will work closely with:
- Sales Executives – receiving orders and issue escalations, and referring customers when product selection support is required
- Internal operations and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
