Description

Make an Impact with Kieser

About Us

At Kieser, we’re more than a network of Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning clinics. Our mission is to help people live stronger, healthier lives through science-backed exercise and rehabilitation. Our clinical teams of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists work together to deliver client care that’s evidence-based, innovative and focused on long-term outcomes. We’re growing fast and are on the lookout for like-minded professionals to help shape the future of health in Australia while building a career they enjoy.

Why You’ll Love This Role

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact as a Local Area Marketing Specialist, partnering closely with clinics and the communities you support.

You will own a portfolio of Kieser Victorian locations and act as a trusted, relationship‑led marketing partner to Regional and Clinic Leaders. You’ll help shape local marketing direction, solve real‑world challenges and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

Your work will be local, practical and outcomes‑focused, balancing planning with execution and delivery. If you enjoy taking ownership, thinking critically, testing ideas and seeing the real‑world impact of your work in local communities, this role will be highly rewarding.

This role suits a marketer who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys problem‑solving, and gets real satisfaction from turning ideas into action.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of emerging and existing clinics, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands on marketing partner
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to solve local marketing challenges, translating business needs into practical, executable solutions
  • Develop local marketing plans aligned to business goals and brand strategy — and personally drive their execution end‑to‑end
  • Plan, launch and optimise local B2C and B2B campaigns across paid, earned and owned media, particularly earned and owned
  • Create practical tools, templates and guidance to build local marketing capability
  • Create on-brand local content and promotional materials from concept through to delivery
  • Ensure all activity is on-brand and consistent with national guidelines
  • Track performance, report on results and recommend optimisation opportunities

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident marketing specialist who can think strategically, communicate clearly and execute confidently. You’re organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and you’re just as happy building a plan as you are delivering the work yourself.

You’re a practical problem‑solver who can assess a local challenge, recommend a smart approach and then drive execution end‑to‑end.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to move confidently between strategy, problem‑solving and hands‑on execution
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clinics, projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering an end‑to‑end calendar of marketing activity
  • Practical experience creating content for digital channels (email, social media, website)
  • Confidence using creative and marketing tools such as Canva and CapCut and email platforms

 Nice-to-haves:

  • 3+ years’ relevant marketing experience (account, local or field marketing experience highly regarded)
  • Experience in multi-site or franchise environments
  • Experience in a healthcare, allied health or membership environment

 What’s In It For You

  • Structured onboarding + ongoing professional development
  • Clear career pathways and leadership program
  • Fun team culture, social events, and wellbeing programs
  • Free access to Kieser facilities + discounted family memberships
  • Recharge Leave (1 day) + Birthday Leave (half day)
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers
  • Structured onboarding + ongoing professional development
  • Clear career pathways and leadership programs

 Our Commitment to Diversity

We celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone feels valued. If you’re passionate about health and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
