Join the team as a Leadership Development Lead and make a meaningful impact across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality leadership development programs that build capability at every level of leadership and translate learning into real-world performance in clinics.

This isn’t just a program delivery role, it’s an opportunity to influence how leadership shows up across Kieser, support sustainable growth, and empower leaders to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, deliver and evolve leadership development programs across multiple leadership tiers
  • Facilitate engaging, high-impact state-based and national leadership workshops
  • Translate organisational strategy into practical, behaviour-based learning experiences
  • Collaborate with National Clinic Support Departments to prepare learning resources
  • Create blended learning solutions, including workshops, on-the-job application tools and learning resources
  • Ensure leadership development results in observable behaviour change and capability uplift
  • Partner closely with Operations leaders to align leadership development with clinic performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with L&D Leads and National Support teams on learning design and delivery
  • Develop scalable, repeatable leadership programs that support national consistency
  • Lead and support the Leadership Development Coordinator
  • Monitor engagement and effectiveness of leadership development initiatives

You bring strong facilitation skills, a practical mindset, and a belief that leadership capability is built through experience, reflection and consistent application

Must-haves

  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development interventions using adult learning principles
  • Proven experience leading teams and conducting coaching conversations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and project management capability
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality learning outcomes

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working within an Learning and Development, organisational development or leadership capability function
  • Exposure to blended learning environments, LMS or LXP platforms
  • Experience assessing or measuring leadership capability and impact
