About the Role

As our Senior Business Operations & Communications Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and deliver a broad range of marketing, communications, and operational activities across the group, creating and managing content for social media, websites, internal communications, and business development materials while ensuring all outputs are consistent, on-brand, and high quality. Alongside this, you’ll support day-to-day business operations by keeping offices running efficiently, coordinating logistics, managing supplies, and assisting with onboarding, events, and general administration across multiple locations. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both creative delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate content for social media, websites, and marketing materials
  • Prepare capability statements, case studies, and branded collateral
  • Draft internal communications including newsletters and company updates
  • Assist with bids, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes of new employees
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and well-organised work environment

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or business coordination

  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Canva or Adobe InDesign
  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude
