About the Role
As our Invoicing Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business by ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and submission of invoices across the Keystone Invest Group of businesses. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will manage high-volume invoicing, resolve queries, and ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and delivered within strict deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high volumes of invoices with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and submit invoices for insurance-related work including assessments, reports,
make safes, progress claims, and final payments
- Review and investigate claims to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines
- Manage daily invoicing inbox, responding to queries and coordinating with internal and
external stakeholders
- Analyse job financials to ensure all costs are captured and invoicing is complete prior
to job closure
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities, and contribute to continuous
improvement of systems and processes
About You
- Previous experience in invoicing, accounts, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business (desirable but not essential
