Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil construction company, is continuing to grow its operations across regional Victoria, with a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects spanning roadworks, bulk earthworks, renewables, and pipeline construction.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Superintendent to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and supporting our expanding operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant to meet project objectives
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSEQ and legislative requirements
  • Monitor site productivity, identify issues, and implement practical solutions
  • Ensure effective planning and allocation of labour, plant, and materials
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local communities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices on-site

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent, or similar role within civil construction or infrastructure
  • Strong background in managing site operations across projects such as roadworks, earthworks, or pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource management
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable)
