Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil construction company, is expanding its operations in Mildura with a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects across roadworks, bulk earthworks, renewables, and pipeline construction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pipe Layer to join our team and support the delivery of key projects in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Lay and install pipes for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure in accordance with project specifications
- Work across a range of civil construction activities, including pipelaying, trenching, bulk earthworks, and roadworks
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and levels to ensure accurate installation and alignment
- Work alongside plant operators and machinery to safely complete pipelaying tasks
- Assist with trench preparation, bedding, pipe placement, and backfilling
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to deliver work efficiently and to schedule
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard of quality and compliance
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Pipe Layer / Civil Labourer / Drainage Worker)
- Strong background in civil construction, particularly in pipelaying and underground services
- White Card (Essential)
- Relevant tickets and licences (desirable)
- A proactive team player who takes pride in their work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised worksite
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
