Keystone Civil is a diverse and growing civil construction company with exciting projects across civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks, pipeline works, and concrete projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Concreter / Concrete Finisher to join our team on a fix term – full time in the Mildura region, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful project completion.

About the Role
- Fix term full-time
- Immediate start available
- Mildura region based projects
- $45 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Screeding and finishing concrete to a high standard
- Setting and controlling levels accurately
- Working with box/form setups
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and machinery inspections where applicable
- Collaborating with site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and workmanship
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like
- Current White Card (essential)
- Proven experience in concrete finishing, screeding, and box/form work
- Skilled in setting and controlling levels
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to start immediately
- Team-focused mindset with pride in delivering quality outcomes
- Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
