Accounts Officer

KeyInvest is seeking a motivated and adaptable Accounts Officer to join our Adelaide CBD office. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role is central to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes in a high-paced and evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform bank account reconciliations and manage cash balances.
• Process member deposits and withdrawals for financial products.
• Enter data and generate unit pricing for relevant products.
• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
• Respond to supplier queries and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven accounts payable experience and a solid understanding of financial processes.
• The ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and work with accuracy under pressure.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to suggest process efficiencies.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent teamwork skills while also being able to work independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
