About the Role

We are seeking a Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a 12month fixed term contract with potential for extension. Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in planning, initiating, and coordinating activities to support the successful launch, marketing, and sales of our products. You will also be responsible for ongoing performance analysis to drive profitable growth and expand market presence.

Role Responsibilities

As our new Associate Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to support the growth of some of Australia’s most trusted consumer healthcare brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches
  • Supporting new product development and identifying market opportunities through data analysis
  • Tracking brand performance, analysing sales and profitability, and providing actionable insights
  • Managing A&P budgets, brand P&Ls, forecasts, and inventory planning inputs
  • Coordinating sales support materials, training manuals, and field force tools
  • Organising and supporting events, conferences, and product launch logistics
  • Creating and managing social media content and websites, while monitoring competitor activity
  • Supporting the Senior Brand Manager on innovation, including financials, presentations, packaging development, and stakeholder management
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with industry regulations (TGAC, CHPA)
  • Supporting PR efforts including press releases, influencer packs, and media relationships
  • Providing administrative and project support across multiple brands and initiatives

To be successful in the role you will bring:

  • 2 years of marketing experience in FMCG or healthcare
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing (desirable)
  • Ownership of a brand and preparation of annual brand plans aligned to business objectives
  • Experience briefing agencies (media and design) and executing campaigns across channels with consistent messaging
  • Experience using IQVIA (highly regarded), plus analysing sales data and campaign performance to generate insights and recommendations
