At Key Institute, we partner with employment services providers across Australia to help participants build skills, confidence and pathways into employment.

As we continue to grow in New South Wales, we’re looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand relationships across the employment services sector.

About the role

This is not a traditional sales role, its far from it.

This is a relationship-focused position where your ability to build trust, create opportunities and support providers will directly influence growth across NSW.

You’ll manage an established territory while continuing to grow partnerships employment service providers at an individual site level.

The role is highly collaborative and involves regular face-to-face engagement, relationship management, provider support and identifying opportunities for participants to access training.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and growing provider relationships across NSW and ACT
  • Visiting provider sites and maintaining strong local engagement
  • Supporting consultants and leaders with participant opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities for training and referrals
  • Working closely with internal support and operations teams
  • Attending provider meetings, expos and networking events
  • Becoming a trusted long-term partner to employment services organisations
  • Strengthening Key Institute’s reputation, footprint and capability across the state
