WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Roofing Estimator, you’ll take ownership of every job from the moment you arrive on site to the point the project is handed over for installation.
🔹 Diagnosing and delivering solutions across all aspects of maintenance roofing – leaks, repairs, restoration, and general roof condition assessments
🔹 Preparing detailed scopes of work to set the install team up for success
🔹 Delivering a 5-star customer experience with clear communication and service excellence
🔹 Providing customers with expert advice and options to help make informed decisions
🔹 Closing out projects professionally
🔹 Ensuring safety, compliance, photos, videos, JSAs, and documentation are completed
🔹 Collecting deposits or payments as required

What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in roofing assessment, repairs, quoting, or project management
✔ Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of roofing systems
✔ Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving ability
✔ Organised, detail-oriented, capable of running jobs start to finish
✔ Comfortable presenting options and guiding customers through solutions
✔ Commitment to quality, safety, and The Ken Hall Way
✔ Roofing qualification and SA driver’s licence required
✔ Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
