What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Own the dispatching and rescheduling of trades and roofing jobs
🔹 Confirm customer appointments and proactively manage expectations throughout the day
🔹 Track and support technicians in real-time to ensure efficiency and responsiveness
🔹 Escalate any technical or compliance concerns to your Manager as required
🔹 Complete wrap-up calls and customer “happy calls” at job completion
🔹 Deliver a smooth, surprise-free experience for both technicians and customers
🔹 Support the CSR team on an ad hoc basis and contribute to daily team performance
About You
✔ Experienced in administration – possibly in dispatching, logistics, scheduling or field service coordination
✔ Proactive, highly organised and a great communicator under pressure
✔ Skilled with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems and fast-paced operations.
✔ Motivated by great service, operational success, and team outcomes
✔ Calm under pressure and fast to problem-solve when challenges arise
✔ You present professionally and are driven to win work and delight customers
✔ Available Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Police Clearance
