The Role:

The Customer Service and Service Delivery Support Officer plays a vital role within the Service Delivery Team, providing exceptional administrative and customer support. Based in Burpengary, Queensland, this permanent, full-time position is ideal for individuals seeking to start their career in the Transport Industry. The officer will be the first point of contact for our drivers, and be responsible for responding to Translink and general public enquiries and feedback, management of student code of conduct as well as support the Service Delivery Team as required.
