Skills Required:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, making a high volume of phone calls
• Fun, energetic and gets energy from engaging with people. Willing to promote the club in an external capacity to members of the public
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
• Confident with content creation and appearing on camera
• Self-starter who thrives when multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
The Role:
As a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness, your primary responsibility is to efficiently oversee club operations. Your focus would be on driving sales growth through targeted call campaigns, strategic promotions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Phone sales calls are a significant part of this role, enhancing member experience and driving membership growth. You would be responsible to maintain a healthy, happy, safe environment for members and staff. The role is driven by KPI’s. You are required to be proactive with lead generation including business- to- business in the local community to strengthen relationships and partnerships with an aim to reduce club leavers and membership cancellations to ensure club membership growth is achieved.
