About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll be leading the day-to-day club operations while creating a high-energy, member-focused environment. You’ll drive club performance through leadership, sales, retention and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team in your club
  • Drive membership sales and retention outcomes
  • Deliver exceptional member service and engagement
  • Build strong local community and business relationships
  • Manage club presentation and operational standards
  • Monitor KPIs and club performance metrics
  • Create a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
  • Ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming club environment

Who You Are

You’re someone who naturally motivates others and leads from the front. You bring energy, accountability and a passion for helping both members and teams succeed.

You’ll Bring

  • Leadership or management experience (fitness, hospitality, retail or customer-focused industries highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Sales confidence and commercial awareness
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for health, fitness and member outcomes
  • Strong organization and operational capability
  • Confident with social media, content creation and appearing on camera
  • Experience in fitness is welcomed — but leadership, attitude and culture fit matter most
  • Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
