We are seeking a Club Manager for our brand new Anytime Fitness club opening in Morayfield. The successful applicant will also be involved in the Clubs Presale prior to the club opening.
Applicants must be motivated, with proven sales experience and strong administrative skills to oversee and support daily club operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, marketing the club, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also lead a team to create a fun and engaging environment for both members and staff. A passion for fitness and leadership is essential.

Skills Required:
• Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience, comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
• Fun, energetic and gets energy from engaging with people. Willing to promote the club in an external capacity to members of the public
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
• Confident with social media, content creation and appearing on camera
• Sociable and enjoy engaging with others
• Self-starter who thrives when multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
The Role:
As a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Morayfield, your primary responsibility is to efficiently support club operations. Your focus should be on sales growth, achieved through targeted call drives, strategic promotions, and exceptional customer service.
