About the role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will begin your journey in automotive sales by learning the end-to-end sales process and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working within our brand-new dealership, you’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding the right vehicle, all while developing your sales skills and product knowledge.
This role is primarily based at the dealership and involves interacting with customers on the showroom floor, assisting with vehicle presentations and test drives, and supporting the sales team through the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving used vehicle sales and supporting team targets.
- Engage with customers and build strong relationships.
- Learn and support the sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
- Assist with vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries.
- Support the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional showroom environment.
- Develop product knowledge across used vehicle stock.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
About you
You’ll bring:
