About the opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the front-facing point of contact for our clients and customers.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for our clients, delivering front-of-house support with professionalism and warmth. We’re seeking someone who can handle client communications efficiently and maintain a friendly, approachable manner. With a range of responsibilities and strong team support, you’ll be an essential member of our team, so excellent communication skills are a must.

The hours of this role are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:

  • First point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing first class hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Administration duties – including distribution of mail, ordering supplies, service banking and assisting other departments as required.
  • Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the dealership.

  • Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.

Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.
