About the opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the front-facing point of contact for our clients and customers.
In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for our clients, delivering front-of-house support with professionalism and warmth. We’re seeking someone who can handle client communications efficiently and maintain a friendly, approachable manner. With a range of responsibilities and strong team support, you’ll be an essential member of our team, so excellent communication skills are a must.
The hours of this role are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:
- First point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing first class hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Administration duties – including distribution of mail, ordering supplies, service banking and assisting other departments as required.
- Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the dealership.

- Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
