About the opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Manager to play a key role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for presenting and arranging tailored finance, insurance, and vehicle protection solutions, ensuring each customer receives clear, compliant, and professional guidance throughout their purchase journey.
This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving performance targets. Working closely with the sales team, you will contribute to the dealership’s success by maximising opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:
- Process daily banking receipts and deposit.
- Reconcile the daily transactions and the closing summary.
- Generate customer ID and data entry to the CRM system.
- Generate receipt & invoice for customers’ transactions.
- Assist in the closing procedures upon the post-delivery.
- Assist in daily, weekly and monthly report on the Sales and Delivered deals.
- Assist in dealership ad-hoc duties including administrative, events and promotions.

- Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
