The Vacationer Program runs for four weeks in the second half (2H) of 2026 and for four weeks in the first half (1H) of 2027, with final dates arranged individually with each successful applicant.
Position Overview:
As a Vacationer at Johnson Partners, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our Tax & Advisory division, receive mentoring from experienced professionals, and enjoy a positive and inclusive workplace culture – all while studying to complete your degree. This role is tailored towards individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative work environment.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following attributes:
• Completed the VCE (or equivalent)
• Be studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major) or equivalent, and be in their penultimate or final year of study in 2024
• Looking for an opportunity to undertake a full-time 4-week internship
• Desire to work in the accounting/business services industry and complete professional Chartered Accountant qualification upon completion of university studies
• High-quality organisational and time management skills, to successfully balance work and university commitments
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
