About the Role

The Program Co-Ordinator delivers the TAEG program across Central Queensland, supporting First Nations participants into training and employment through culturally safe mentoring, strong case management and coordinated wrap-around supports.

You will recruit and support participants, develop individual Training and Support Plans, and work closely with employers, training providers and community partners to achieve strong program outcomes. The role also includes compliance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and business development.

This position is eligible for KPI-linked bonuses based on program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the TAEG program in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Recruit and support First Nations participants through training and employment.
  • Develop and monitor individual Training and Support Plans.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, RTOs, Elders and community partners.
  • Secure employment and training outcomes aligned to participant goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Facilitate information sessions and community engagement activities.

About You

  • Experience in employment programs, case management or program coordination
  • Strong cultural capability and commitment to culturally safe practice
  • Proven relationship-building skills with participants and stakeholders
  • Organised, outcome-focused and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong computer and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
