About the Role
As the Work for the Dole Supervisor, you will coordinate,
supervise, motivate and mentor program participants within Work for the Dole
project. You will build relationships on a local and regional basis to assist
you in the performance of your role and work closely with your teams.
Some specific responsibilities will include:
• Organising daily work program
• Organising site materials
• Liaising with hosts on site
• Resolving issues
• Ensuring WHS compliance
• Organising safe work methods
• Conducting work in accordance with Joblink Plus and
contractual guidelines
