Our reputation as market leaders has been built on our premium fashion range of footwear and accessories, supported by an exceptional customer experience both in store and online.

We are looking for a full-time “can do” person with a bubbly personality and a “what’s next” attitude to join our Customer Service team based in the office at South Yarra (quick walk from South Yarra station, or trams). This is a team of 2, so we’re looking for someone who can get along easily with others, is a team player and enjoy assisting customers.

Who are you?

  • You love variety for you thrive on multitasking.
  • You’re confident on the phone when challenged by difficult customers.
  • You have previous experience handling customers either in-store or online.
  • It would be advantageous if you’re computer savvy, especially with Excel, and knowledge of Retail Express (REX) and Zendesk would be advantageous.
  • Great integrity with a willingness to help.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for our customer service phone and email queries.
  • This is an office based role at our South Yarra offices.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges promptly.
  • Tracking of undelivered customer orders.
  • Liaising with stores to support enquiries.
  • Process any stock transfers to be dispatched back to the stores and manage stock integrity.
  • Manage international orders and enquiries.
  • Able to work Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

We are looking for someone with customer service experience (preferably in Retail but not essential) and a positive attitude. We have a great office where everyone is a team player so you will need to be too.
