Description

Part-time role in the Community Engagement team at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health. FIXED TERM until 30 June 2028.

Come join a collaborative team and provide practical, administrative and logistical support to community engagement activities, projects and campaigns. Working as part of the Partnerships & Engagement team, you’ll help support engagement activities, manage customer queries, provide project admin support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the team.

This role is 0.5FTE until 30 June 2028.

About the role

The Partnerships and Engagement team identifies and engages external community groups and organisations with which Jean Hailes partners to deliver on our strategic objectives and shared goals. The team also oversees the delivery of externally funded projects that span functions across Jean Hailes. The goal of this work is to connect organisations and initiatives across the health and related sectors to facilitate and drive change for women’s health.

The Community Engagement Support Officer provides practical, administrative and logistical support for community engagement activities, projects and campaigns under the direction of the Community Engagement and Partnerships Manager.

About you

Skills and Experience

  • 2 years+ relevant experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and using Microsoft 365 Office suite

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use software systems such as Shopify (eComms)
