Join our growing Contaminated Land team in South Australia and work alongside some of Australia’s leading consultants. You will contribute to high-impact projects across sectors including Defence, mining, energy and infrastructure, while continuing to build your career in a supportive and high-performing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Adelaide team, depending on skills and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and technically complex projects while building client relationships, developing your leadership capability and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

About the role

As a key member of the Adelaide Contaminated Land team, you will help deliver complex projects and practical solutions for clients across Australia. You will work closely with a collaborative team that values technical excellence, strong relationships and ongoing professional development.

What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality consulting services and practical solutions for clients.
  • Manage and deliver projects to achieve strong technical outcomes, client satisfaction and overall project performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted and responsive point of contact.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, client engagement and opportunity identification.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, with earth sciences expertise viewed favourably.
  • Demonstrated experience in contaminated sites assessment, remediation and management, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Strong proposal and reporting skills, including the ability to scope and price works and prepare high-quality technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
  • An emerging client, industry and regulator network, with an interest in contributing to business development and supporting growth locally and nationally.
  • Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach to project delivery, client service and market engagement.
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to complete police and medical clearances where required.
