James Milson Village is building a casual pool of Registered Nurses to support our residential aged care home in Woolwich.

This opportunity suits experienced RNs seeking casual flexibility across a variety of shifts, who are confident providing safe, accountable and resident focused care within a supportive aged care environment.

The role

As a casual RN, you will:

• Provide clinical care and oversight across AM, PM and night shifts
• Support and supervise care staff to ensure resident safety and quality care
• Respond to clinical issues, escalation and documentation requirements
• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
• Step into RN in Charge responsibilities when required

Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care, acute or sub acute settings
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable, professional and adaptable across varying shift types
• Availability across AM, PM and overnight shifts

Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded. Nurses with acute or sub acute backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
