Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to assist our kitchen staff in preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

– Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

– Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:

– Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients

– Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

– Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking tools

– Organizing food storage areas and keeping them clean and tidy

– Assisting with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients

Qualifications:

– Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required

– Food safety certification is a plus

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
