The Role:
We’re looking Credit Assessor who thrives by making decisions and solving problems, all of while delivering a fast and easy borrowing experience for our customers. This person will own the loan application reviewing and credit decision process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assess loan applications and make responsible credit decisions
- Meet KPIs across productivity, accuracy, and quality
- Deliver clear, professional, and customer-first communication
- Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance
- Ensure all work meets compliance, policy, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to process improvements and share frontline insights
- Stay aligned through daily stand-ups and team updates
- Continuously build credit knowledge and complete required training
- Support broader team and business initiatives as needed
- Provide regular feedback to support individual and team improvement
You’ll thrive here if you have:
A minimum of either:
- Have 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service, support or sales role – ideally in finance, broking or automotive
- Take ownership and back your judgment
- Care about both customer outcomes and commercial results
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Want to be part of a team that celebrates wins and pushes for better
