About RapidClean NT
RapidClean NT (RCNT) is Ironbark’s local one-stop shop for cleaning products, supplies and equipment, operating from a purpose-built retail and warehouse facility in Berrimah. As part of Ironbark’s commercial services portfolio, RapidClean NT supplies cleaning and hygiene solutions to businesses across the Northern Territory.
RCNT places a strong emphasis on employing and training Indigenous Territorians, offering
opportunities for upskilling and collaborating with other divisions of Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation to create pathways for employment.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support the
day-to-day operations of RapidClean NT.
This role provides operational leadership across administration, sales support and warehouse
coordination to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate order processing and strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting the team and ensuring operational systems run smoothly.
Working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, you will also act as the operational contact for key customers and suppliers, ensuring service commitments are met and operational issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day retail and operational activities of RapidClean NT.
- Allocate and monitor workflow across administration, sales support and warehouse functions.
- Oversee customer order processing, quotations and purchasing activities.
- Maintain oversight of stock levels, inventory coordination and delivery scheduling.
- Support the Sales Representative in servicing key accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
- Act as the operational escalation point for customer service matters.
- Monitor operational performance and implement practical process improvements.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support to administration and warehouse team members.
- Ensure compliance with Ironbark policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
You will be an organised and solutions-focused professional with experience coordinating operations in a retail, trade or service environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience supervising or coordinating retail, operational or service-based teams
- Strong administrative and operational systems capability, including order processing and stock control
- A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
- Experience using retail, ERP or inventory systems and maintaining accurate data
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
Requirements
- National Police Clearance
- Current NT Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Card (or ability to obtain)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
