Electrical Service Manager / Estimator

Iridium Electricians – Traralgon VIC Iridium Electricians is a growing electrical services company based in Traralgon servicing residential, real estate and commercial clients across Gippsland. We specialise in electrical safety inspections, compliance work, preventative maintenance and residential electrical services. We are looking for a licensed electrician to step into a key leadership role within the business. This position combines estimating, customer communication and service operations management. This is an ideal role for an experienced electrician who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and being involved in the planning and coordination of work rather than being on the tools full time. About the Role You will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the business including quoting electrical work, speaking with customers about their electrical needs, scheduling technicians and supporting the team technically. This role will work closely with the business owner and electrical team to ensure jobs run smoothly from enquiry through to completion. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries and discuss electrical work requirements • Attend site visits to assess and quote small to medium electrical jobs • Prepare quotes using structured templates and pricing systems • Schedule electricians and apprentices efficiently • Manage daily job workflow and priorities • Coordinate ordering of materials for approved jobs • Provide technical support to electricians in the field • Ensure jobs progress smoothly from booking through to completion and invoicing • Assist in improving systems and processes as the business continues to grow About You You are a qualified electrician who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You may currently be working as a service electrician, estimator or running your own small electrical business and looking for a more stable long-term role.
