About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Workforce Support Officer to join our team.
This role provides essential administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day workforce coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes while supporting both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist with recruitment processes including candidate coordination and screening support
- Manage recruitment inbox and candidate communication
- Support onboarding by sending contracts and collecting required documentation
- Follow up on compliance requirements (NDIS, certifications, etc.)
- Support compliance with Queensland child safety and national safeguarding principles, including adherence to organisational policies and relevant legislation
- Identify, document, and escalate any child safety concerns in line with reporting requirements
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage shared inboxes, correspondence, and general admin tasks
- Maintain accurate staff and client records (OneDrive, systems)
- Assist with rostering and on-call coordination
- Support client onboarding and documentation processes
- Organise filing systems and upload clinical/care documentation
- Assist with stock ordering and office coordination
- Support team meetings and general operations
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
Requirements (Preferred)
- Experience in admin, recruitment, or support roles
- Exposure to NDIS, aged care, or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with systems (e.g., rostering or compliance platforms)
