Main Duties/Responsibilities

Understand and work effectively with the clients’ IT infrastructure including the network environment and infrastructure
Assist with helpdesk tasks, tracking and assignments.
Assign and resolve support requests
Building excellent relationships and communication with customers
Participate in IP Glass helpdesk activities, including resolving the tickets as required
Implementation and support of enterprise technologies as per customer requirements

Assist with IP Glass project tasks and operational responsibilities

Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate IV in Information Technology or relevant experience

Experience

At least 1 years experience in a similar role with strong technical foundations

Skills

Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols equipment, firewalls and network security
Basic experience with network hardware and infrastructure such as routers, hubs, servers, VPNs and switches
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good time management skills to coordinate various project aspects
