Description

Go far with IOR

IOR might be the greatest Aussie success story you haven’t heard of… yet. From humble roots in Eromanga, QLD, we’ve been fuelling the furthest corners of Australia for over 40 years. But we think the most exciting journey’s still on the horizon.

Joining IOR means stepping into a role where your work genuinely matters. Whether you’re supporting customers, keeping operations moving, or helping shape the future of our equipment and technology offering, you’ll be part of a team that backs you to grow, learn, and make an impact. This is your chance to contribute to a business that’s still building, still innovating, and still driven by the same determination that started in the red dirt of Eromanga.

About the role

This role supports the HyBlue production team by maintaining safe, efficient, and organised worksite operations. You’ll assist with daily production activities, handle materials and equipment, support stock control, and ensure tools and workspaces are kept in top condition. It’s a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and learning new skills in a dynamic operational environment.

  • Assist with day to day production tasks, including preparing materials, tools, and equipment for work activities.
  • Perform general labouring duties such as lifting, carrying, positioning materials, and unloading deliveries.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely, and support basic assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment while following all HSEQ requirements and company policies.
  • Support stock control, inventory handling, and collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck into hands on work. You’re safety focused, detail oriented, and work well as part of a team, with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting production operations.

  • Hold a current driver’s licence and forklift licence, with the ability (or willingness) to obtain crane operation certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and following procedures in a production environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the site.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, equipment, and manual handling tasks.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively while supporting multiple tasks and priorities.
