Workplace Trainer (specialising in NDIS and FMH)

Description

The Workplace Trainer plays a leading role in the development and delivery of essential capability training and skills development across Intereach.  

You’ll design and deliver high-quality training programs, manage our learning management system, analyse training data, and partner with leaders to ensure our learning initiatives directly support organisational goals. 

This role will involve: 

  • Designing and deliver impactful learning 
  • Managing digital learning 
  • Using data to drive improvement 
  • Collaborating and leading projects

This is a full-time role that can be based in any of our offices. 

The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5, with an annual starting salary of $100,766 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits. 

About You 

To succeed in this role, you will bring: 

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent tertiary or bachelor qualifications.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering engaging training (face-to-face and virtual). 
  • Strong instructional design capability, including inclusive and accessible approaches. 
  • Experience managing an LMS and online learning platforms.
