As the Regional Manager, Aged Care Services, you will lead the delivery of in‑home aged care across a dynamic and diverse region. This is a role where your decisions shape service quality, client outcomes, workforce culture, and community presence. 

You’ll step into a role with the opportunity to:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys regional leadership, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is energised by empowering people and connecting communities. 

The Regional Manager provides leadership and development to a regional team of Care Partners and administrative staff, oversees program budgets, and strengthens key stakeholder relationships to support organisational growth and community engagement. The role involves regular travel between office locations. 

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Any of our Victorian Aged Care Services offices (Bendigo, Echuca, Gisborne or Seymour).

Relevant Award: The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award

Award Level: 6

Salary: Annual starting salary of $110,102 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

About You

We are seeking strong leaders who are deeply passionate about community. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in aged care or community services or less formal qualifications with extensive management and specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level
  • A deep understanding of aged care legislation, regulation, Aged Care Quality Standards, program requirements and clinical governance requirements,
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated experience in managing aged care or community service programs, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred, safe, high-quality services in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth funded aged care services and aged care regulatory model
