Starting Salary: $110,102 per year plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
As our IT Team Leader, you will:
- Oversee the IT Services Technology Stream, including the IT helpdesk, all IT infrastructure, and the management of Level 3 incidents and service requests
- Support and mentor the IT Services Team
- Manage technology projects and minor system changes
- Support the Head of Technology in delivering continuous IT innovation and advancements

About You
We are seeking someone with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and work cross functionally.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and backup/DR systems, consistently improving availability, performance, and resilience across production environments
- 2+ years of experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, compliance policies, application packaging, update rings, and device security baselines.
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of identity and access management, including Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged identity management, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user access across the organisation.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and operate Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Purview) and Azure environments (IaaS, PaaS, VNets, NSGs, Azure Backup/ASR, Azure Monitor), leveraging automation through PowerShell to optimise efficiency, reliability, and security. Cyber Security & Zero Trust Controls.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing and operating security controls across on-prem and cloud: patch and vulnerability management, endpoint detection & response.
- Sound organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Level 3 escalation point, providing mentorship to L1–L2 administrators, enhancing ITIL practices(change, incident, problem), and driving the adoption of technical standards and best practices.
