Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our team in Echuca.
In this part-time role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide:
- Respite care
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Social support services
- Meal preparation services
Your work will empower older individuals and home and community care participants to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Assistant in Nursing or Nursing
- Bring hands-on experience in supporting older people and their carers
- Understand the importance of dignity, empathy, and partnership in care
- Want to be part of a team that genuinely cares and supports each other
