The Role

We’re looking for an IT Customer Success Manager who can step in and take ownership of client relationships from day one.

This is a non-technical, relationship-led role with strong commercial accountability. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, run structured engagements, and ensure we’re delivering real value not just reactive support

You’ll be the bridge between the client and our internal teams, driving outcomes across service, projects, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of clients’ accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead structured client engagements including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Align client technology with business goals and risk posture
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvements opportunities
  • Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, uplift, and service improvements
  • Ensure services align with contracts, SLAs, and client expectations
  • Coordinate across service desk, projects and centralised services teams
  • Provide clear reporting, insights and follow ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation and account records

This role requires someone who can stay across multiple clients, priorities, and moving parts without dropping the ball.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Customer Success / Account Management (MSP experience strongly preferred)
  • Confidence leading client meetings and running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Strong commercial mindset, able to identify opportunities and drive outcomes
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business focused language
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of organisation, time management, and follow through
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and reporting
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client management
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, accountable environment managing multiple clients

Requirements for the role:

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to travel within the Perth metro area
  • Availability to work onsite (this is not a hybrid role)
  • Flexibility to support clients outside standard hours when required
  • Employment subject to a satisfactory police check and references
