Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Sydney, New South Wales. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is advantageous.
• Entry-level experience in construction or site supervision is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
