We are seeking a warm and personable Administrative & CS Officer to enhance our close-knit Administration and Customer Service team. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about making a positive impact in the lives of our participants and supporting all areas of our business. You will be the first point of contact for our participants, playing an important role in ensuring their experience with us is welcoming and supportive.

About The Role:

This role will:

• Serve as a first point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic and efficient support. Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be central to your daily tasks.

• Engage in a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate administrative tasks across different departments, supporting team efficiency and collaboration.

About You:

Our ideal candidate possesses:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a personable and caring demeanour.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software.

• Strong planning and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various administrative responsibilities.

• Prior NDIS experience is highly regarded.
