We are seeking FEMALE Support Mentors to join our fantastic team in supporting our Female Clients who live in Rockingham and surrounds.
Your role is to support our clients living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want, by giving them support they need, when they need it. Our clients have diverse, complex needs, and require high levels of reliability and resilience. Your support and mentoring can have a meaningful impact on their lives.
As a Support Mentor, you will have a mature head on your shoulders, have confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet, and put practical solutions in place. You are experienced in putting professional boundaries in place with empathy and respect. You are supportive and have strong communication skills.

Roster
- Sleepovers
- Dayshifts
- Some shorter shift initially, 1200-1700 to be extended when client is released from hospital.
Successful applicants must have the following:
– NDIS Worker Screening check, or be willing to obtain at your expense
– WWCC or be willing to obtain at your expense.
– Full Australian Driver’s License and Comprehensively Insured Car
– Current First Aid Certificate (Including CPR)
– Good English language skills for both verbal and written communication
– Attention to detail to follow documented plans and for reporting/record-keeping
– An ability to develop positive relationship whilst maintaining strong professional boundaries
– Ability to show initiative, think on your feet and have solution-based thinking, working in a team environment and fulfill domestic duties
– Previous experience working with and supporting people with complex disabilities and behaviors is advantageous but not essential
