Job details:

The Pega System Analyst will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of business solutions based on the Pega platform for a range of current and future projects. They will collaborate with business subject matter experts and various Engineering and Technology teams to collect requirements and define, design, and document applications leveraging Pega system software.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions to meet project objectives and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pega applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, BPM, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in system integration and application development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Pega certification is highly desirable.
