Technical Delivery Manager

Infotrust is growing its Service Delivery capability and we’re looking for a senior customer-facing Technical Delivery Manager to join the team.
This is not a traditional project management or purely operational delivery role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being embedded with customers, leading technical conversations, influencing technology direction, and acting as a trusted advisor across complex environments.
You’ll work closely with enterprise and mid-market customers across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and modern workplace technologies – helping drive operational stability, continuous improvement and long-term technology outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer engagement and strategic delivery.
The Role
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll become a key technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers, working closely with Engineering, Security, Service Delivery and Sales teams to ensure clients are getting real value from their technology environments.
You’ll lead roadmap discussions, coordinate technical outcomes, manage risks and escalations, and help customers plan for future growth and improvement.
This role is well suited to someone who has come from an MSP, consulting or enterprise environment and enjoys combining strong technical capability with relationship management and strategic thinking.
Day to Day
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor across a portfolio of customers
- Leading operational and strategic technology discussions
- Driving service improvement and technical roadmap initiatives
- Coordinating internal technical teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Managing risks, escalations and service health across customer environments
- Supporting solution uplift, optimisation and modernisation initiatives
- Working closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on customer opportunities
- Building strong long-term stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
We’re open to candidates coming from Technical Account Management, Service Delivery, Senior Engineering, Infrastructure Consulting or Solutions Architecture backgrounds.
- Strong customer-facing experience within an MSP, technology services or consulting environment
- Broad technical exposure across cloud, infrastructure, networking or cyber security
- The ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong operational awareness and problem-solving capability
- A proactive, commercially aware and customer-centric mindset
- Experience managing complex customer environments and competing priorities
Experience across Microsoft technologies, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, Veeam or modern workplace environments will be highly regarded.
