Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Type: Full-time Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm). 4 days per week in office (must be willing and able to
WFH and from the office)
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $140K (top performers $170K+)

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Sydney team and looking for driven, consultative Sales Consultants to help guide prospects toward our 2-Day Financial Masterclass.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, your focus will be to connect with warm inbound prospects, understand their financial goals, and determine whether our 2-Day Financial Masterclass is the right fit for them.
This is a consultative sales role where trust, curiosity, and strong communication skills are key. You’ll guide prospects through structured conversations, helping them take the next step toward financial education and long-term wealth creation. You won’t be cold calling. You’ll be qualifying and converting engaged prospects who are already exploring change.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with warm inbound prospects exploring ways to reduce their mortgage and build wealth
- Qualify leads and assess alignment with Infinity’s financial strategies
- Confidently present information about the 2-Day Financial Masterclass
- Manage and nurture leads within the CRM system
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity tracking
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Develop a strong understanding of Infinity’s financial education framework
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven sales experience (high-ticket, financial services, education, or events highly regarded)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and lead consultative conversations
- Comfortable working toward structured KPIs and revenue targets
- Confident using CRM systems and managing a pipeline
- Willing and able to pass a national police check and a credit history check
